Hotel Am Park, Rust

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with very clean rooms but extremely basic facilities. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, although some could benefit from additional customer service training. The location was excellent for my trip to Europa Park, just a minute walk away, perfect for theme park enthusiasts. The dining options were tasty, and the facilities served our needs adequately.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were perfect for my group of two adults and children, and despite the air conditioner being a bit noisy, everything was clean and quiet. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very attentive and accommodating, even to our furry friends. The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the Europa Park theme park entrance. The dining options were great, offering a variety of choices. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I got a bunkbed room next to the entrance on the ground floor, which was clean and comfortably slept our family of 5. The staff was so nice, friendly, polite, and very cooperative, especially Mr Stepheno. The hotel's location was excellent for a visit to Europa Park, just a short walk away.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially considering its ideal location just across from Europa-Park with easy access to nearby amenities. The modern rooms were perfect for a family of four, although dining restrictions in the room were a slight downside. The service was overall great with very accommodating staff, perfect for families and pet owners like us.
